concentration into transudates (<30g/l) and exsudates (>30g/l). Reasons for
transudates are e.g. heart failure, liver failure, nephrotic syndrome. Reasons
for exsudates are e.g. pneumonia, TB, empyema, lung carcinoma, pleuritis.
