renal cysts are usually
incidental findings. There prevalence increases with age. Sometimes there
are multiple cysts. These cysts are thin walled. Simple renal cysts have to
be distingished from acquired cystic kidney disease in patients with chronic
renal failure and from hereditary cystic disease
